If it’s so unfair to make a pr a pra why don’t you guys take a poll where can answer if you want to be a pra? That way it can eliminate the people who don’t want the position

Some might, but we'd still have a bunch of PRs wanting the position.

Well, a PR needs to be promoted to PRA, best qualified and most experienced should be picked, and it should be picked rather than later imo. Promotions occur in real life as well, so it's not something unusual. Most experienced and best qualified EZ PZ

Or if there isn't an appealing candidate, we can always pick an Australian to govern the American division. (Very similar timezones)
