Maturity is a better indicator of who can perform the best as a PRA. While experience is good and preferred for the role it is something that can be learned as you go.
Promote the person of the region who is the most mature and responsible and it should work out okay.
I hope sir Frost Zenon will promote in SPR in asia/au server. He is the one most appicable and qualified for spr.
Again, stop. As you're wrong since theres already someone with SPR experience in the staff now (casey) which makes him most suitable for the position, plus hes been staff since like May 2017 and Casey since sometime in 2016. And saying so without looking past facts and choosing favorites in positions bias. And bias is not good for a staff member (which you claimed the want to be numerous times.)
