No it was put back to normal. I've tweaked it abit more, it's now 3 damage like it originally was, the slow movement is still there but ONLY for firing, you can now tap fire with the gun without being affected by the slowness. The spread was also slightly increased.
The reason for this change is like i've said before, the minigun was intended to be a defensive basing gun. Meaning you aren't suppose to be moving anyway whilst using it to block off corridors. I liked the slow down movement because as others mentioned, you are using a minigun afterall, and they're not light to carry. The only reason I gave the gun 0.1 freeze is because anything higher didn't allow the firerate to be what it was, if i could change it I would have made the freeze 0.16-0.185
On its own the minigun isn't that op, and it is mildly managable, however due to the increase of players buying it, it has messed up the momentum of overworld pking. I will admit that I didn't expect so many people to buy it so quickly, as with the bar it took more than a year until about 50 people owned one, but because of this just running through start you will encounter 2-3 bullet walls which is almost impossible to dodge, even harder if two people are in the same gang using the minigun. My secound mistake was giving in and buffing it to 4 damage after everyone complained it 'sucks and needed a buff' because that contributed to them being a problem.
Please read what I said, I hate it when people just skim and then make a complaint when I have already addressed their complaint. And what I hate more is the overreaction of changes, the slow running effect didn't even effect anyone but streakers since I was still able to go on killstreaks of 8 everytime I died without healing whilst being in the middle of lethal, which is pretty hard to do with almost any other gun.
