If that doesn't work it could be that his flash player is out of date. Make sure that he checks he has the latest version of Flash Player. This could be the reason why Graal FB won't load.

If the issue is that the screen won't load and it isn't his flash player then it could mean it's a PC issue. I reccomenned that he tries all of the above or even try another web browser.

There are also other solutions on another thread started by Tony himself on another thread. Merge them.

Merged these threads together to avoid duplicates.

If facebook is not working, please try this. If this works make sure to reply back saying your problem was resolved so we can close this thread knowing it was resolved and we don't need to worry about another thread being made.

Maybe your friend should take an on screenshot. Press the windows key and press the ptr scr button, if that doesnt google how to do it and make sure to post it here.

Just an update on this:

This may not apply to everybody but, I just discovered if you have Graal FB blocked from your apps it still lets you visit it but the screen won't load. (For some reason it didn't prompt me with a "would you like to allow this app.." message.)

Just to make sure, tell your friend to look into his Facebook settings > apps and check that the Graal FB application isn't blocked. If it is, tell him to remove it from his blocked app list.
