There are ways.

There are many players' who bought the VIP and received the first few instruments with it.
It would likely be unfair to those that payed long ago to see the similar items being in-store for others.

What about if it were instruments that can only be placed in your house/gang house. It will be playable furniture that they cannot be played in public. Therefore the VIP items will still be special and people will have playable instruments at home. Everyone will be happy.

If the admins can't make some room in their time for this and manage to make at least even a couple instruments, I'm wondering how they got anything else in this game.

Musical Instruments fit with VIP only.

But what about instruments that are furniture? Seems like a nice idea and like this everyone is happy! :0
