Rage blade is a different item. Shiz allowed it to be auctioned but didn't know why it was done too much(least it isn't very common).
Cotton bud has no reason to be buff since it's 8 dmg and better than bamboo itself.

why you bought it then if you dislike it, man?

Just make it tradeable, its a 100k+bamboo rod
