It's a testbed, you can't have such staff programs on iOS/android whatsoever.
A PC/laptop is needed to run the program, would be rather unfair if players could use them at a better advantage.

Strange? I was able to access into it yesterday, try Era-go sandbox or Era-go.
It will automatically log you in.
