Gang hat distribution

10 hats would be perfect

I think gang points would definitely be nice

The gang points I guess can be used to give out more hats?

Could you just totally redesign the gang system.... :D
There are a lot of cool features that could be added to gangs so that you can do a lot more then just give someone recruit power.

If this is going to be changed, then the gangs who are above 2k hours should get the extra hats too.

Depends. When you get the hideout then you don't need extra hats as much as anyone with a tag can get.

What would be good though is if the hat in the hideout was different from the one distributed.

I really like this idea. At least 10 members should be given a gang hat.
