Grenade launcher pushes you make. O

With the current stats, Grenade Launcher is worse or the same with just 'Grenades'

minigun does pushes you back when you hold it

We're not talking about the M203. We're talking about the M32, which fires the same round, but is a weapon on its own, and not an underbarrel attachment.
