I like the idea. Mabye you could customize an Npc on the back of the car with any gun you'd like it to use from your inventory. Whilst driving, any enemy that comes by, The Npc would automatically aim and shoot at the target.
Lets say you could choose where you want it to sit in the car?

There's a glitch where you can shoot from a car, but then there has to be a person driving it. I like this idea though.

On Ol West you can ride your horsie while shooting.
I think this is not possible because cars are 360° while shooting is only in 4 directions
I don't see this happening, expecially the way controls are, right,left, etc,
