I was promoted to SPR after being PR for 8 months.

SPR's are the same as PRA's - they only have less powers.

Mmm, say for example one has a jail history, how badly would that effect the chances of someone being hired if they changed their ways.

Depends on when your last jail was and how many times you were jailed.

You don't change within a month.

Oh i wasnt talking about myself, I was just asking how jail effects your chances in general. I knew someone who was hired, but when revealed who they really were they were fired on the spot.
