For something to be copyrighted it has to closely resemble the original copyright material using the same name. Gta has always done quite well avoiding copyright... hence instead of the FBI. they have the FIB. or instead of the brand name FUBU. they have BUFU..

Aye Nick, I don't personally know you at all but I don't reccomend attacking people who are just trying to share a valid point with you and are attempting to alleviate any worry you may have about the game getting sued. Don't be a prick, you'll look more ignorant than anything.
