I can't log in on my mobile with my email.

Dont worry i use 4 devices playing graal transfer my accounts all the time, transfering an account will save your stuff trust me...becuase im DYTTO!!! XD

Did you click transfer while going on the jena account?
Because if you did that was your fault

I am playing on fb thats where the account was I got all the things she loved and it never gave me a transfer thing the account was already verified on an email and everytime I used the email it just gave me the jena account... the jena account already had the same email as my other one..

If you're logged in on Facebook, the email shown is the email that the Facebook account uses, not the email that the account belongs to.
