They don't have to be Pokemon guys. I think that there should be made creatures instead of Pokemon but the staff team would need to script them/gfx them and everything so :/

Hey, i dont see why we cant have Pokemon. I mean, we're already copying Star Wars, Nintendo, and Halo, why not?

Yes i think the idea might be fun but pokemon haters and maybe some superfans would be triggered.

And Destiny, and Overwatch. People talk about copyright issues whilst having like 25% of the stuff in this game just be blatantly stolen from other games.

Considering Graal has lightsabers, Thor's Hammer and the two destiny guns: Carnage and Inferno (Vex Mythoclast and Red Death) I would dare say they wouldn't care.
