Just the streak system makes people boost (I've caught a player boosting over 1k PK streak), so imagine if we would implement this.
In overall it's not a bad idea at all, but in my opinion that would promote more PK boosting.
As an achievement, why not, since it's only one time getable.

I'd say it would make a good secret achievement.

Wrong, i will never reveal my pking spot, but all i can say about it is that there i got 108k kills in 2 months and 8 days

I dont understand how someone can boost pks, it takes more time to kill 2 immobile accounts and wait for them to revive than what it does to get blue at a fort....
