NPC 1: OMG BRO help me! Talk to NPC 2 he'll tell you more he's at (far location)
NPC 2: omg did NPC 1 send you? He always sends them to me! I always tell him it's NPC 3 you should talk to... He's at (another far place but near NPC 1)
NPC 3: FINALLY you're here! Did NPC1 send you? I need help! It's horrible! Why don't you see yourself! He's in grave danger! NPC4 is going to die if you don't help him! He's at (far location again but next to NPC 3)
NPC4: oh you're here... Well you're too late I got the remote control of the TV myself, leave me alone now.

You never know what kind of situation someone could of had with it; therefore, it could have caused a problem without you knowing.

why do admins add their own npc? its not like someone is gonna say "omg wattehheck admen2!!12!!1!1!1"
