In this case of underwater basing, it would give a lot of benefits for the gang taking coverage of the base by more hours.
Being slower by 20% & lowering the percentage of gun damage takes more time. But say if you were to get kills, it wouldn't be convenient. So, basically, it would be better for getting hours.

Ok 1st, who played classic and remembers the island base??
it had a couple secret entrances which could be similar for the underwater base.
2nd, if the entire base was underwater, it would be cool if right when you went under you got scuba gear.
It would allow you to not drown, but if someone shot your back 2 or 3 times the diving tank would explode and you would eventually drown.
3rd, the flag room would need to be a underwater room inside of a glass room so to speak, but it would be dry in the flag room, and all your weapons would work normally
4th, the bow and arrow is like a harpoon; you could have something similar to that that you automatically get when you enter with your scuba gear, but when you leave it is taken away instantly.
eh the x2 hour thing lol would this mean the gang with most members gets to get more hours? cuz that can be one of the ending results lol
