It's completely random...there is no higher statistical probability. Technically the more money you spend the higher the chance though. I encourage you not to waste that kind of money on Era.

U can buy them at stores when their opened, they will be grouped with 100$, 300$ and 500$.
The more u buy the higher chances on getting rare items i think.

At the end of the day , just set a limit like i do of about 100k gralats worth of presents and try limit urself from buying more xD if u r lucky enough u gonna get smth rare , if not .. just dont waste more money that u regret it later.
