Your English must be decent not necessarily fluent

There's nothing stopping you from being one of Era's few Filipino admins, but speaking FLUENT English is a must.

I'd also like to point out that trying to use your Filipino heritage won't boost or harm your chances of becoming an admin...

Lol no u don’t have to speak it fluently. There are a few prs (or ex prs they resigned) didn’t speak it fluently

That's weird. Pretty sure one of the questions are: " what other languages can you speak fluently other than English"

The question already states that you must be able to speak English fluently.

Well yes you can but they are right.. "You can speak English Fluently?" I am a filipino too still i can't speak english here in Australia, A highschool student in philipines especially in Provinces are using their traditional mother tongue.. Alot of students in Philipines still learning english my cousin. But when you are in collage your english will be improved..
