Upload has been disapproved because of too many frames?

Could u tell me how many bites is the image? As well as how many layers and the biggest amount of ms (milliseconds) of the layers?

Biggest amount of MS: 5000ms
Layers: 7
Bites: 38.66

Oh it’s that layer, you cannot have that amount of ms within that layer. Rule of thumb for me is 3000 to 3500 ms. If you change it it won’t be automatically declined :)
