I think you get access on fb for it i do not know they will write all information though private messages on Facebook!
but i also think it might be on iOS as it is an iOS game! i just do not know how to download it! but if you are one of these 10 people, You will get information so do not worry!

Well, as always there is a free version of the app but most likely there will be a paid/free version. Just like the other apps.

As I remember, all of the server apps were paid/free, but once it's getting popular, they maybe make the app all free just like Classic+/Era+/Zone+

Exactly, but they made ALL the apps free up till now since 2012.
Stefan said it will be free for a few days but it has been 2 years already since Era+ & Classic+.
