So this game, or puzzle, at the moment is revolving around the image that the OP supplied. You have to analyse the image, like we've been doing in this thread. Doing this correctly should in theory reveal clues as to what we're supposed to do next.

That's only a part of the puzzle, the rest of the information we're supposed to find (as well as the URL you found) is contained in the image somewhere.
