You'd Think They Could Look Into A Players Spar History And See 100 Consecutive Wins On The Same GraalID, Thus Being Said It Still Isn't Solid Proof Therefore Not Enough To Reset A Player. It Is Easy Enough To Type "showguild Player Relations" And If There Is None On Just "Boost" I Guess It Depends How Desperate You Are. That Being Said, Boosting Does Not Effect A Players Game Play (Usually) Or The Games Profit And So Forth- And I Believe This Is Why PR's Don't Seem To Be Too Strict On This Issue, Which It Clearly Is- An Issue.
