I don't see why this would be a bad thing. After all we have earned the event coins to earn it. Yet again you didn't get forced to buy it.
Just seems pointless.. you BUY the items, there is even a second confirmation box asking if you really want to buy it.. If you still go ahead and buy it you wanted the item.
It does in no way say 'Click here to rent the item!'.
Seems silly to refund EC items just because better ones came out, everyone didn't really care before hand with the old shop, they just see some new weapons and now think its a good idea.. and many probably just following the crowd in terms of this.
Just like Snake had said earlier. No game has the option to go and just refund something of a special coin and buy something better with it. That's how games are. Hell, that's how life is. You buy something that's the best, and then something newer and better and cooler comes around and you want it. But they aren't just going to refund your ec because you're wanting a chapalin dagger or something.
Earn it. Just like you earned all of your other ec items. Getting ec isn't impossible. I understand that it can be tough for some people, but that doesn't mean that it's the hardest thing ever to do. They do a bunch of ec uploads and there's even chance events if you aren't good at real events. So good luck

I have a different reason because my brother stole my phone who also plays this game and wasted it all on terrible weapons, (mace, scimitar, kiwi knife, 5 ec hat). I really don't want to quit, and the reason I had won so many events before was when there weren't the selfish event players winning almost every event regardless if they already have the best weapon in the event shop. Now it is like 10 times harder. Right now i only have 12.1 ec so i will never get my goal of 50 ec. I don't see why so many people think it is a bad idea! Also XSTARX its not something they didn't earn, because they earned enough ec to get the item. Why do admins hardly follow the requests of the players? So many people are asking for this yet your either too lazy or too stupid to even consider the option. Without the players graal would be nothing but a bankrupt company so why don't you do what the players want! If this system does not get made I will be quitting and you will be losing another customer which seems to be happening multiple times every day. Take a hint admins! Why are these players quitting? BECAUSE OF YOU!

In regards to double light sabre; i'm told it swings at the same speed however the animation is a little slower.
As for the other point; same as any game with things like that, you never know how its going to truly perform till someone buys it and finds out.
There is always min/maxing in games to get the best out of things.
As for why we don't do everything players want; because players do NOT know what is best for the game in 99% of cases.
They do not see what is behind the curtains, nor have they had several years experience with the game.
I agree that players do not know whats best for the game but technically nobody does. Everyone has there own opinions of what the game should be.Just the admins have the say of what the game should be,which i understand. Anyway i dont see the problem to refunding ec items. You rejected refunding guns because it will lower the income of the server. I understand. Why can't they make a testing room for new weapons that you are going to buy? When you click on the item it would have a "test" button. When you click it you warp to a special testing room holding this gun. There would be a few npc's to kill.
I would really want that to be added because if I knew how bad the flamer and double saber are I would have never bought them

This isn't such a great idea. I know they dint cost money or anything, but event coins are meant to be saved. People would just buy the item, then when the get tired of the item they would just refund it. This is why you have to choose wisely if you want to save or buy an item, because you wont be able to turn back.
I Agree this is a great idea! I think before you should be able to try it out you should have enough EC/Gralats to buy it. Because the some people who dint have enough to buy it will just go there to use itQuote:

Why not just refund one item a year. This way no one spams the refunds and they may only be non-drooable items.
Or just make a refund system but keep it closed unless there are changes made to an item whether it be a buff or a nerf, in which case a refund will only be available for the item that was changed.Quote:

Well if it took 50-% away peepole whouldnt be running around with sabers more so staffs... I think its a good idea and a place to get rid of guns you dont use and meles that are stuck in your inven that you never use

Ummmm there is always pros and cons when you release something and admins know it but there has to be more pros than cons to be release but ec refound will be an exception because most of the time admins do whatever they want and that's alright. The same happens when you vote for a new president/senator/mayor they don't do whatever you want them to do sadly they do listen but they deside weather or no implement the new law/agreement.

Snk doesn't want to do it? it wont even hurt the eco system sir! just do it and more players will play era and more money will go to snk for getting packs and other things... more better for snk for winning more than he expectes. but no! just because he doesnt want to make a simple ec refund /.-
