We don't know for sure if we have the rights to it.
Possibly the person who created this soundtrack quit era and joined Pixel Guns sfx team which gave them rights to the song. If we indeed both have rights to the song no one is sueing no one.

If we don't have rights to it, we should sure as hell get them as soon as possible.

Iirc I believe it came from a royalty free site.

Just leave the Pixel Gun dev alone. If he used this song, he must've played Graal before (or he may be still playing). I see it like a compliment to the music creator.
