Is that supposed to be a melee? Hmm, try to make it smaller. It would be cool if it was a hammer or sort of like a hammer. Add a pole, because where would the graalian get a grip on? Use outline, and fix those jaggy lines.

Every segment in the body is even, idk if it's just me, but I'd rather it get smaller bottom to top.

The hat, I like it, its not the typical brim hat, but maybe add a detail to it as its a bit plain. (Idk a feather)

The arms are supposed to be sticks correct? Stick are mostly consistent in thickness, but if they are meant to resemble actual arms a bit more, thats fine.

Shading wise, everything is on point, but maybe lighten the shading on the snow a bit?

Altogether I love the way it's turning out, you still got it boss <3

If I make it thiner, there won't be any outline.

I finished it, I made the color more brighter. Bright enough to burn an eye! Muahaha!

So kawaii, but too small. Try to make it fit the head, but if you want it small like that, fix the shading. Add some brighter shading. Look on how I did the bottom of my snow globe. Like that kind of shading I want to see on your hat. =]

Hmmm.. Confusing.. Was the ornament suppose to cover the face?
Anyways.. Try to fix the shape, it doesn't look much of a sphere. After that, make the shading as a round ball, just Google "Pixel sphere" and you'll see how they do it. Use wiser color choices, too. AA, too!

Looks too flat, fix the shading of the red part. Try to make the ball more appealing in the middle of the red. Expand the round on the top. Too small, try to make the hat a little bit bigger.
