Yes there are very mature young people out there, but around 12-14 is the weird times you can say. Most teens at this age are very sensitive and you must be careful what you say to them. Imagine it like this, a player says, "I hate this admin (your name)," Most people would cry or make a mean comeback, especially at that age. Yes there should be older admins, but as long as players can be mature and control their sensitive side, they should be given a chance.
