None of this lying exposure wouldn't have happened if Justin simply said I'm sorry and unjailed.

I understand this is Justin's first day on the job, he is bound to make an error. This could have been a very easy correction that he could have fixed. I did not want to make this thread, but I had no other option to because he would not respond when I would try to contact him on my alt.

The PRA's hire PR's. Ace hired Justin as Justin is in Ace's timezone.

In Ace's defense, an admin's application could seem good, you really can't tell if someone will be good until they are actually hired.

Ace saw Justin's application and gave him a shot, Ace had no clue that Justin would be an idiot.

The only thing we can blame Ace for is not firing this guy sooner. I am sure he will be soon though.

I know they use an ingame mass application system where every so often applications will be sent to people over a # of hours and less than # warnings.

However, this is Ace's new system, but he still uses the ingame system as well. https://www.era-go.com/forum/usernote.php?u=1107

Ace will have people asking for a position and if Ace thinks they are capable then he will send them an application.

But I'm not Ace so I might not be 100% correct.

- Eitherway Justin still had never seen me say this, Jay had reported me AFTER it occured 10 minutes ago.
- This is not in anyway my fault, if you consider this cursing Admins, then this is YOUR responsibility. YOU have a cursing system that you guys think is amazing, well why are we jailed for it for correcting it? You should be thanking me for exploiting this so you can go patch it.
- I didn't use it towards someone, I said it in a standard sentence and not as an insult.

However, as I supposedly outsmarted Jay he decided to tell Justin, his friend.

Justin jailed me for cursing after I had said nothing, get this too - He had jailed me 10 minutes after Jay and I had our debate.

So long story short, Jay and I had a debate, I outsmarted Jay, and 10 minutes roughly later, Jay had made a complaint that i was cursing to justin and had me jailed.

This is nonsense.

I demand that there needs to be evidence or something to display what a user does wrong, because I am in a strong condition to believe what I had done violated nothing wrong.

Justin is an abuser, and with that i think we can welcome to the club of people who display their powers to attack players because he can.

You meant it as a bad word depending on the topic of conversation you were having, if you were meaning to say that the word, you got banned, using inappropriate use of language is an infraction. The admin has a reason to punish you, he did his job, you got punished and you are expected to not use offensive language and to not say such things when you are not jailed anymore.

You should read through the forums instead of just commenting on the first post. Its almost like your copy pasting that same generic reply and changing some words xD. People do get jailed for no reason or by mistake because EVERYONE is human and can commit a mistake.

In the end Asirader should have proof of the misconduct.

Completely unacceptable, i 100% agree on what Asirader said, the fact that more well known people who are PRs tend to have a lot of friends, and because if this it causes peer pressure and they automatically do it because it is their friends. Why should new admins be able to jail people even though they did not with their own eyes see it? Maybe you need to have over 100 Hours as an admin or idk to jail people, under this it will need to be reported to higher admins and see the verdict.
