Gang admin complain about ice

- Act nice

- Lie about themselves on application

- Bias/abusive/favortistic behavior

- Nothing is done

- Think that their actions are perfectly legal

- Nothing is done

- Hard evidence is present(which usually doesnt work anymore as staff think all evidence is faked, so the only wya is to have a staff see it with their own eyes)

- Around a day to week

- Admin is fired

- Admin says sorry and understands what he did was wrong/or they become gani hackers to revolt against the game because they were fired for wrong(yes theres like 1 or more gani hackers that gani hack because they were fired form the staff team)

I don't think you know anything, and depending on whether staff will reveal their businesses and situations or not, you still wouldn't understand.

Reveal or not it still says that gang admin are responsible for anything that has to do with gangs

Don't think your the only one who waits to get the rewards done we waited like a month or more to get our skin uploaded when sam was gang admin we didn't complain and guess what light and sam both where gang admins this time which means it should be more faster so what if its one 1 gang admin should take time but coz you hate ice so much you made a thread so fast and complained you need to be patient.
If you where an adult nimo and u reported i would say you have a true point but your intense is to get ice pissed off fired coz he is grim and he pks tachi so much.

That's not true lol. Light wasn't gang admin when I was, he and ice were both made one at the same time.
I don't remember even being gang admin when your skin was added either, I only had the spot for a couple of months but if I was, I added things fairly quickly as long as you had everything ready. Any delays were due to issues with the hat, it not being uploaded or animations not being done

Yea but as I was the gang admin for only a few months if I did add your skin it didn't take me a month to do it unless there was an issue with it on your end that I had to wait for you to fix

There are a few reasons i haven't given the melee yet. one is up until yesterday i was under the influence snk was passing out crypt rewards because he passed everyone else's rewards out. Two i have yet to receive crypt logs so i have no idea who was in the winning rounds. And three i don't have rights to script the melee myself so i have to catch someone on to do it for me. I still don't know for sure if i or snk are suppose to pass out because i haven't talked to snk yet and even if i wanted to i don't know who to give it to. So ill go ahead and get it scripted today but i still don't know who gets it.

Gang admins job is to release the rewards to the players for example the gang admins can't give anyone the rewards until the leader of the gang says to whom he give the reward to so its the same for crypt the logs with snk not with ice . As i understood from ice that he dont even have the log who where in the crypt run.

Okay if it's that the issue then he should have told the players that instead of having pms off. One thing players hate is to be left in the dark about things they deserve. He should have told them properly that he was waiting for snk's word.

The only thing that made sense was, him not having logs because he doesn't know who to give it to. Besides that he is the gang admin he shouldn't need to give it to SNK to script.

I do know a lot about admins job due to the fact I have talked to several admins. Yes you may have talked to a number of admins due to the fact Grim has like 8 admins in it (or used to be). If you are trying to be negative please leave.
