Probably it will take up to 2 weeks to receive a response if you get hired. I am not sure about how often you should re-apply. Other staff roles that are hiring have regulations and rules about applying multiple times. For example, applying once every three months. Here this is not stated so i am not sure if that applies to this role as well.Quote:

Is there an age limit to who can apply? Id love to send some of my designs because I love to make custom items as a hobby, but I am unsure if there is a specific age required.
I would say there’s no real age limit for the developing department, I would assume the Player Relations department looks kinda for a minimum of maybe 16? Overall I think staff positions are about maturity and in game behavior. I’ve met a lot of players ALOT younger than me with the same level maturity as me and it’s really surprising. Don’t be shy to show off ya work here on forums especially it’s a nice place to get noticed regardless of your age. iEra is a tough place to get hired in the dev side imo. Zone and West also hire. A lot of people kinda use those servers to work their way to Era.
