Blood out of his mouth and eyes and a cracked skull perhaps. Maybe a big bloody opening on his forehead, or eyes that roll back (if you can make .gif)

No problem.
Also, the transition between the light up phase and the normal phase is a bit too sudden.
Maybe add a few more slides to complete the gif?
