Can the hats that are already finished be released?

I always wondered how would the 200k kills hat look of instead of the metallic black, it was gold, and then the lenses kind of white, or backwards.

I'll say it so bitzsam doesn't have to, this thread's main purpose is for the 50k, 100k, 150k, 500k, and 750k pk hats, nothing else. Too much gold is in the rewards anyways.
