I've heard some people saying that @Layerd is the only one that have reached level 100, not sure if it's true or not...

He probably added level 100 to himself for some reason, doubt he mined all the way to 100 legit not even Mystic reached it lol.

maybe he was trying it out so it works perfectly

Only one person tried lvl 100, which was Raiden, the old admin. And the speed for lvl 100 is less than a second.
