Nah I think he likes. He just thinks there will be spam. But there won't if you have to wait in hour between each video and you can only make 3 a day. Shoot,and if you spam nonsense,you can get jailed for a long time.

Not sure if there's even a script to have self-made videos to be streamed in the game.
