What? I've seen Firefly in Zephlyn, she wasn't in Dorvay. Probably Zephlyn as well

Just because a large majority of Dorvay are admins doesn't mean that's how you become one, they're simply a group of individuals who met the requirements to become a staff member. (I created this post in fear that some people would've believed that becoming a Dorvay automatically makes you an admin and to help save Reno from 100+ messages when he logs on. Yes, it was necessary.)
