I'm pretty sure a couple minor edits would easily resolve this problem.

Where's a hat? Those are ears. Do cat customs not have ears?

No they do not

I don't mind editing. My thing is ... Like it or not some admins are denying customs just cuz they can and that's no shade. I know We have some good admins but there are equally as crooked ones.

That doesn't make sense. This game is hella biased. A custom is supposed to be unique. What's the point of having a custom if you walk around looking like the next one. And let me tell you've I've seen admins who half cat half human before so please don't try to play me. But whatever. It seems I'll never be right. My point is people are trying to upload customs. Stop denying for dumb crap. That's just petty. Thanks
