Missing EC

Im missing ec also, 200 disappeared.

There needs to be a logical explanation:

Either his power went out, he didn't have enough EC, or his Wi-Fi went out.

We talked to him after events and he said that he couldn't drop the ec.

Why is this guy coming up with multiple ADMIN mishaps?
