Brruuh lol
PM junz when he's online on his staff account
Tell him to contact a higher staff to get ur gralats back
They all ignoring I told another pr to contact and ace is always Afk with his gf and that's it
It is your responsibility as a player to understand the upload rules, and understand when an upload is illegal or not. Even if staff online at the time accepted it, it's still the player's fault for uploading an illegal custom in the first place. No refund of gralats should be necessary.
You decided to upload that head so you must have read the rules.
A staff maybe didn't know the rules.
You most likely will not get 10k gralats.
Making a thread about the same thing constantly will get you banned.
When an administrator approves an upload, it is assumed that the player did their due diligence.
Hence the approval and willing acceptance of your money.
At this point, the ball is no longer in the player's court, but in that of the the administration.
If it is later realized that the upload was erroneously approved, the fault goes on the administrator who approved it.
This administrator is then made aware of his error, in hopes that he will not make the mistake again.
If a product is withdrawn after purchase because an administrator made a mistake, the funds should be reimbursed; for the funds would not have been deducted if the upload was denied in the first place.
If the above scenario has happened to you, I apologize for the inconvenience.
I don't get involved with PR cases, because I do not have log access to verify the above transactions.
Fortunately, I'm not the only one on the team who abides by the universal rule of common sense.
We have a pretty effective team in the upper tiers of the PR hierarchy, and they'll be happy to validate your claim.
If it has transpired in this way, your money will be reimbursed.
As suggested, a Toonslab ticket is the ideal way to get in contact with these parties.

Hope this helps,

I didn't even know the rules I thought it was allowed -.-
