There are several times that staff have bothered me due to their personal dislike for me and will in fact jail me simply because they can, and on any small grounds that they can attempt to justify the jailings.

No one likes people who dont do their jobs. Since they have bothered you several times and jail you because they can, why not show that proof to SNK? He will help you. I was jailed before while I was at work and I have no idea why, so I believe what your saying but nothing will be done without proof.

i think most are fine but there are certain staff who've got too big an ego and act like they're better than everybody else.

what i'd suggest though is to hire players who actually play the game rather than idle 24/7 with pm4halp.

And that's the case for each and every staff member.

There's no contract, there's nothing.
We're not paid. Reason why not everything might be handled perfectly.

Well it is a big deal Chris.

There are other people who would take the job a lot more serious than the way you treat it as an entertainment.

If you don't think it's that big of a deal, then give it to someone else as people would care a lot more about it than what you call 'community service'.

Community service is something people usually do to have it look good on resumès or as a punishment.
Even if it isn't a job; a lot of people would appreciate it if you treated it like one, regardless of pay.

I understand you all have lives including jobs, school but that's no excuse for the nonsense a lot of admins obtain. Keep it professional.

pr is a job dont mistake it as something else.

I know you don't get paid as I mentioned above.

I don't see this thread directed towards you Ace, the point is that there are people better than some of the present Player Relation admins that would treat it as a job even though it is volunteer work.

I don't know why payment is a problem - Just because you don't get paid doesn't mean you can act like a terrible admin. I know you're dedicating your own time when you have other productive things, but if you are so busy then just leave.

Money is the root of all evil, you should be happy that you get to help people.

I understand the b***hing about the way admins act and how you would do a lot better if you were paid, but it shouldn't give you the 'I can act how I want to act' card because of no payment.

I know you don't mind the no payment process but if it's such an issue go direct your time to a real job instead of Graal.
