It's not. Comedic satire is used by people of a minority to legally make jokes about themselves. Also how is it Tumblr bait, people on Tumblr want to censor everything.

Well technically it can be classified as disturbing the peace depending on your geographical location, but I was more using the word illegal in terms of social or ethical implications.
