This is a pretty good idea. Spar tourney's in people's houses :)
Here's a somewhat good idea on this subject that I thought of:
We make a special "tile" furniture piece that when a player stands on it, they can be harmed in your house. You can buy different sizes (For obvious reasons, like some lag reduction and ease of use) and all that'll be left to do is add some walls. When they leave the tile, they can no longer be harmed. All that'll be left is to script them in a way that does not count the kills a pk's or spar wins/losses.
This can go hand in hand with select furniture to create unique arenas, like adding plants or extra walls as cover.

I think that would be awesome but there would be a lot of people boosting kills. So a little add on- maybe if you die you would have to re spawn in a hospital so it would take longer to go back to the house a keep boosting.

I mentioned having a spar in a house template before, like in classic. I think that'd be a neat idea too, but as a practice spar.
OT: I do think this is a nice idea as well, would be nice to come up with tactics for basing as a team, etc.

OMG!!! how about a Pk party gang house event?????? admins could have this huge map to be their house and just have fun, Pk arena is used at all, and even when admins announce the Pk arena fest, just a few people show up

/pk - Enable being hit each other
/nopk - Disable being hit each other
Spar arena owner's commands
/unlock - Enable anyone to enter the arena.
/lock - Disable anyone entering the arena.
/toggle - Enable player to spar
Spar arena players commands
/focus - Enable to focus the spar arena on/off
/switch - when both player's inside the arena say this, their positions will exchange.
/start - when both player's inside the arena say this, the match will begin.
/leave - leave the spar queue.
