Bram is talking about unnecessary colors used to shade, You could accomplish a beautiful shade with 3 colors other than a gradient weird looking shade with about 8 colors.

It's good. You just need more of a hue gap - gap between colors.

Is that pillow shade I see in the head? Gosh, better not be what I see. The color of between the forehead and starting point of the hair does not match the skin tone.
