Above are two cases of the attitudes forum moderators exhibit to paying customers. Not only is this disgusting but this kind of attitude that is exhibited is not worthy to be running a forums site let alone a game.


Being Removed From Era-Go Groups For Seemingly No Reason:

Here I was removed from a group related to Era-Go by administrators running the group for seemingly no reason other than spite. It is also a fun note that this group is run by several Era-Go Mods. Whether or not this group is official or not, the fact that it is using Era-Go means that I should be able to gain access into the group just like any other member.

In fact there are many many others who have done similar things, so before you begin to believe I am acting on hate and hate alone, I am not. Tristan you gave me half refund not a complete one it's not my fault if a staff member approved the head with the mask seriously because of that I had to loose 10k gralats because Someone did not did his job.

You only get half of your money back for an illegal upload. Also read the upload rules. Era is not the same as the server you are from. It clearly says hats/gasMASK. It covered the mouth and the whole area of skin under the eyes.

Whats truly funny is I said everything before you took those pictures of me on the top bench, which are false because I never even said anything of that nature when I was there. In fact I was discussing the new season of Blue Exorcist :), but go ahead and attempt to make me look like a bad guy. There are actual people who were there besides "your friends" to witness that fact. Sure I said you "had a bf irl", and that "your actions may get your friends fired one day" but I said nothing about the LBGT community and the fact you continue to try to make it seem like its so is what's disgusting. In fact I'm pretty sure the things I did say on the SIDE park bench were all because of you harassing someone telling them to end their lives. But maybe that was just me seeing things. Anyway please refrain from posting any more "evidence" of me as it really is disgraceful and distasteful that you would continue to do so. In the future if for some reason an illegal uploads is accepted, you have less than 2 hours to get your full refund via start. If you choose to not refund an illegal upload you risk the chance of a staff member noticing it and giving you half a refund.

This is how I thought it had always been, but I agree with what Vendhin said about the way a staff member should act as formal as a player as well. I think it would be best if that is unable to happen it would be better to create a new nickname/outfit so the playerbase wouldn't realize it is a staff member on a player account.
