I read alotta tutorials online and took alotta inspiration from peoples work. You definitely need to have people look at your work and as well. Other than that i kinda just learned on my own.

the character in the green shirt is pretty jaggie also dithering is way to shade dont go good for graal items most of the time but can be cool for art but the shading you did there is not good

Why not make the hammer be able to switch modes from no skull/skull after you get, for example, a 5 man killing streak, which slightly buffs it by adding an effect or something?

fixed the skull by adding more shades in a way that the light source is right up

For the Graaloween Melee, it looks like the bone (handle) isn't a part of/connected to the sword. It looks like it's just resting on top of the sword.

So here's some tips.
The pyramid's transitioning of colors along with the random lighter line going down the middle may need some fixing

additionally the lighter lines going down the lighter face of the darker half of the plumbob looks jaggy from the 100% view and may need some fixing aswell
