I had 0 hours when i applied for PR but i had experience on other graal servers.
Hours don't mean much, it's more about the mindset and maturity of the individual applying

My general requirements are:

*Ideally no warnings, but minor offences are okay
*Over 500 hours, can make exceptions if you're knowledgable and older than 16
*Must be over 16 years of age- the older the candidate, the better.

To be honest i find the new hiring system awkward as it has me asking players if they'd like an application directly and some people are weirded out about it and it makes me uncomfortable. I preferred when interested people sent applications to us instead of the other way around haha.

If you meet the requirements i mentioned above, ask me in game for and we can talk about it.
