... "Nice Job, Nice Job, Looks Good." I feel like a teacher teaching 1st grade.

Instead of saying Good Job to everyone all the time, you could give criticism as well.
It just bothers me how everyone's GFX are perfect...
It may look "Good" but it doesn't look "Great."

There is always room to improve.

I agree 100%! I'm not the best and in fact, compared to a lot of GFX I've seen on here, I'm most likely an amateur o-o", so reading generic posts wouldn't prove very useful. Constructive criticism would be super nice! Then I know where and how I can improve and it'll help me get better at making graphics. :)
