If delete not active acc will not make any difference then delete some useless place like the place that beside event house, make 1 shell shops only, delete some other place that people afk on like the place that near the hospital the on the upper part of map and more!
They just need to upgrade the server. I have crazy good wifi but I get server freezes ALOT.
