It may be because you had a hat on the head, the size was too big or too small, maybe because the pixels weren't correct, if you edited it, maybe you had done something wrong to it, such as blinking. If you got a 100% refund, upload another head, that is correctly done.

The head could be refunded because maybe you had to put the set transparency and maybe you didn't put it. Also you cannot upload heads with hats. Maybe the head was made incorrectly or there might have been an error with the head.
