Go to settings, look at the bottom of the settings menu.
There should be an attatchment button in the miscellaneous , click on it and delete everything that has been attatched.

It doesnt matter if the shield is of an admin or not. Ice's head isn't unique he just took some head off some site and has used it ever since. People just see the head and automatically relate it to Ice.
