The PRA fired me right away without any proof or details. The process was very unclear. They basically made up a story about me to make me look like a bad person. Literally wtf

I'm pretty sure firings have to be given a reason. When the ex-PRAs were in office, they gave reasons for dismissing someone. And thats like the most basic respect towards a staff member, regardless of what they did - ITS THEIR RIGHT TO KNOW WHY THEY GOT FIRED.

What's with the secrecy? There ought to be more transparency, towards Zed at least.

I highly doubt there were any valid reasons to fire him. Probabaly a PRA just hard-bent on trying to unseat Zed, and kept the reason in secret in the name of "confidentiality".

Some of the things the Ex-admins said were right; giving inexperienced people the power they never had before will seriously backfire. And the brunt only to be bore by admins like Zed.

Condemnable.

But I got all of your respects. That's all that matters. You guys are all cool, and I know some of you tried to stand up for me but couldn't because you guys want to keep it neutral. I get that.
I'll only use the forums for now and occasionally, I don't fit in an area where the corruptness is.

When Reno was in office, he would base on evidence, time and witnesses all together.
But this process was extremely vague. "PRA" fired me based off "few staffs" who said that I had bad behavior. Without even informing me. I had to literally talk to every staff to figure out my removal reason.
They fired me based on rumors. That breaks the staff rules awfully hard.
